On the final day of camp, students will dive into the world of environmental engineering by designing and building their own functional water wheels, learning how flowing water can be used to generate energy. If time permits, they'll also get hands-on with material science and chemistry by creating a unique thread derived from algae, exploring how sustainable materials can be engineered from natural resources. After a full week of learning and building, students will end the day with a well-earned pool party featuring swimming, snacks, basketball, and a variety of fun games and activities to celebrate their hard work and creativity!
